Bray Primary Care Centre

O’Reilly Hyland Tierney & Associates is delighted to have provided Project Management and Cost Management services on the recently completed Bray Primary Health Care Centre. This new 5,000m² facility will provide specialist diagnostic clinics, GP clinics, dental clinics, drug treatment services, mental health services, physiotherapy and occupational therapy services. It will also include a new Bray Old Folks Facility for Meals on Wheels. In addition the development includes a public Café area and a 2-Storey public car park.

We would like to thank Bray Primary Care DAC, the Design Team members and the Collen Construction site team for their commitment in delivering the final stage of this project under testing conditions and for implementing all possible measures on the site to combat Covid-19.

Wicklow Hospice, Co Wicklow – Official Opening 24th of January 2020

Eoin Wilde of ORHT attended the official opening of Wicklow Hospice by Minister Simon Harris held on Friday 24th January 2020.

ORHT are delighted to have provided Cost Management Services to Wicklow Hospice at Magheramore Co Wicklow. The project involved the construction of a new 15 bed hospice building on a greenfield site with all associated siteworks. The project was designed by Martin Noone Architects and the Main Contract was Elliott Construction.

ORHT would like to congratulate all those who contributed to this successful project.

New Radiology Department, Letterkenny University Hospital

ORHT were delighted to have provided Quantity Surveying services on the recently completed Radiology Department Refurbishment and Extension at Letterkenny University Hospital.

Designed by Cullen Payne Architects and completed by John Sisk & Son the work comprised the remodelling of the existing department on the ground floor and the construction of an extension to house a proposed “Intervention Suite”. The finished project provides CT, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, MRI, general X-ray, and interventional X-ray services for the Hospital, with associated administrative and support areas for staff and patients.

Plás Lorcaín, Latlorcan, Monaghan, Official Opening 25th of November 2019

Paul Ryan of ORHT joined Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation Heather Humphrey, local representatives and members of Monaghan County Council for the official opening of the recently completed Plás Lorcaín Housing Scheme at Latlorcan Co. Monaghan.

ORHT are delighted to have provided Cost Management services to Monaghan County Council on this project which involved the construction of 43 new social housing units built to the highest environmentally friendly and sustainable standards and their associated siteworks. Designed by JNP Architects and built by GEDA Construction ORHT would like to congratulate all those who contributed in bringing this worthwhile project to fruition.

New Powerscourt Distillery

Paul Ryan, MD of ORHT is glad to see that the completion of the new Powerscourt Distillery complex is fast approaching. The new distillery commenced production last year and the eagerly anticipated opening of the fabulous new Visitors Centre is now imminent. The project involves the refurbishment of the Estate’s old mill house into a world-class distillery set against the stunning backdrop of the Sugar Loaf Mountain and Powerscourt’s award-winning gardens.

Master Distiller Noel Sweeney will mix barley grown in the surrounding fields with certified mineral water from Powerscourt Estate’s well, using traditional pot still techniques.

ORHT were delighted to provide cost management services for this exciting new venture. Congratulations to all concerned!

Roche

Kevin Maguire (ORHT) meets with Geoff Twist, Managing Director, UK & Ireland, Roche at Beaumont Hospital on 15.10.18. ORHT are providing cost management services for the multi phase refurbishment & extension of the existing haematology, immunology and associated blood science laboratory at Beaumont Hospital for Roche.

RIAI Design Award for Dublin Port Precinct Works

ORHT are delighted to see that the recently completed Precinct Opening Up Works project in Dublin Port took first prize in the Public Space category at the RIAI Irish Architecture Awards 2018 held in the Mansion House on Friday 8th June 2018.  Congratulations to our client Dublin Port for commissioning this wonderful piece of public realm works which was intended to soften the boundaries between the Port and the City and to Darmody Architecture and the rest of the team for coming up with such a vibrant, engaging design.
