Client: Kennedy Wilson on behalf of the Shelbourne Hotel
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Details: Facade remediation works to the existing hotel carried out in three phases whilst the hotel remained fully operational.
The works consisted mainly of re-pointing entire facade on Kildare St and St. Stephens Green North as well as repair and redecoration of all decorative Roman Cement Features, repair and replacement of timber sash windows, re-roofing and re-slating to roofs, restraint and reinstatement to brickwork and full refurbishment of three internal courtyards.
