Client: University of Limerick
Location: Limerick, Ireland
Detail: Works comprised of the construction of a new four storey Kemmy Business School Building (ca. 5360 m²) containing offices, administration areas, lecture and tutorial theatres as well as a new single storey attached restaurant building (ca. 363m²).
Works also included alterations and refurbishment to the existing Robert Schumann Building, together with external site works and services.
